Seals

according to S.S.C. 244
Mechanical specifications
1. Tensile strength not less than 150 bar.
Elongation on cut not less than 300%.
2. length should not exceed 200 % for seals of not less than 50 Shore A.
This when the seals are exposed for 30 min tension. The seals should not be enlongated more than 3% after 1 hour of tension.
3. If this test is carried out on seals which have been expesed to temperature in an oven for 168 hours, the elongation should not exceed 5% after tension.
4. hardness: should not be less than 55 ± 3 Shore A.
When measured on endurance gauge.
5. dimension disparity:
Inner diameter: ± 3%.
Area of cross section ± 3%.
